Breakfast Shift Server (Opening Shift)
Description

As a Breakfast Shift Server, you’ll be the first smile our guests see when they walk in for an early meal. You’ll help set the tone for the day by opening the front of house, prepping the space, and serving up hot coffee, warm smiles, and great meals to our loyal morning crowd.

Responsibilities
  • Arrive early and help open the restaurant (lights, coffee, setup).
  • Greet early-bird guests and take dine-in and to-go orders.
  • Serve breakfast items quickly and accurately.
  • Keep tables clean, condiments stocked, and the dining area inviting.
  • Manage register/POS system and handle payments.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Refill drinks and check on guests with warmth and care.
  • Stay calm and friendly even when the morning rush gets busy.
Qualifications
  • Early riser with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, even before your second cup of coffee.
  • Able to multitask, move quickly, and keep things organized.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Restaurant or serving experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
