Here are the Roles of all the Team members at Lucky Wishbone of Anchorage:


We may not be hiring for all of these position now, but we probably will in the future!

🔹 Front of House (Customer-Facing)

These roles focus on hospitality, speed, and keeping guests happy.

1. Cashier / Counter Server (Part-time or Full-time)

  • Takes orders (in-person or phone)
  • Operates register or POS
  • Hands out food and shakes
  • Offers friendly, fast service

2. Host/Greeter (Often Part-time)

  • Welcomes guests
  • Manages dine-in flow (if applicable)
  • May help clean tables or handle to-go orders

3. Dining Room Attendant (Part-time)

  • Busses tables
  • Cleans and resets dining area
  • Keeps soda station or self-serve areas tidy

4. Accountant (Full-time)

  • Tracks daily sales, expenses, and prepares monthly financial reports
  • Manages accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Coordinates payroll processing and maintains current year tax records
  • Supports management with budgeting, inventory cost tracking, and compliance

🔹 Back of House (Kitchen & Prep)

These jobs involve cooking, prepping, and maintaining food safety.

4. Cook / Fry Cook (Full-time or Part-time)

  • Prepares fried chicken, burgers, and other entrees
  • Uses fryers, grills, and prep tools
  • Maintains consistency and food safety

5. Shake & Dessert Station Attendant (Part-time, especially weekends)

  • Prepares shakes, sundaes, and malts
  • Keeps dessert area clean and stocked

6. Prep Cook (Full-time or Morning Part-time)

  • Preps ingredients: patties, batter, veggies, sauces
  • Stocks stations and coolers

7. Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper (Part-time, often entry-level)

  • Washes dishes, trays, and kitchen equipment
  • May help clean or restock supplies
